- Facilitate cross-departmental communications and meeting logistics
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory and vendor relations
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking for departmental activities
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative certification
- Minimum 3 years of executive support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
