Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling high-stakes meetings and travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and serve as primary liaison between leadership teams
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory, vendor relations, and facility maintenance
- Process expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation with 100% accuracy
- Lead onboarding initiatives for new administrative staff and maintain digital filing systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Discretion and proven track record handling confidential information
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field required
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and project management tools
- Professional certification (e.g., CAP-OM) strongly preferred
