Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex executive calendars and travel arrangements with precision
- Manage confidential information and sensitive documentation with discretion
- Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facilities coordination
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage meeting logistics, including preparation of materials and minute-taking
- Support departmental initiatives through data compilation and analysis
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (5+ years)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives in corporate environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment
- Experience with calendar management systems (e.g., Calendly, Doodle)
- Proficiency in office equipment operation and troubleshooting
