Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and project timelines
- Oversee office operations including vendor management, supply inventory, and facilities coordination
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Implement and improve administrative systems for efficiency
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience in corporate or tech environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with calendar management across multiple time zones
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
