Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee departmental budget tracking, expense reports, and invoice processing
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative staff and maintain digital filing systems
- Support special projects requiring cross-departmental collaboration and data analysis
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of executive-level administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven experience with calendar management and travel coordination for executives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar)
