Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating domestic/international travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external communications and inquiries
- Coordinate departmental events, offsites, and team-building activities
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire orientation materials
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification (Bachelor's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive administrative support experience, preferably in executive support roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Experience with calendaring tools (e.g., Calendly) and office management systems
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record (occasional travel required)
