Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling international meetings and coordinating cross-departmental priorities
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, presentations, and reports with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication channels
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
- Oversee office operations, including inventory management, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
- Lead administrative projects including meeting preparation, event coordination, and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative support experience in corporate or tech environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities in deadline-driven settings
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience with calendar management software (e.g., Calendly, Doodle) and virtual meeting platforms
