Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision
- Manage confidential correspondence, reports, and sensitive documentation
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations, supply inventory, and vendor relationships
- Prepare and edit high-impact presentations and professional communications
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative team members
- Implement and optimize digital filing systems using Microsoft Suite
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with tight deadlines
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field required
