Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and prioritize competing demands
- Prepare confidential documents, presentations, and reports with precision
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Implement office procedures and optimize administrative workflows
- Lead onboarding processes for new team members
- Manage office inventory and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years supporting C-level executives in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Expertise in calendar management and logistics coordination
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Philadelphia-based candidates preferred
