- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional communication
- Oversee office operations, including inventory management, vendor coordination, and facilities support
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and maintain confidential filing systems
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reports, and procurement processes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
