Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Manage confidential correspondence and sensitive documentation with discretion
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and executive communications
- Oversee office operations including supply management and vendor relationships
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Lead special projects requiring cross-departmental coordination
- Maintain digital filing systems with advanced document management protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience supporting C-level executives in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with calendar management across multiple time zones
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
