Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and complex scheduling across multiple time zones
- Prepare confidential correspondence, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate board meetings, offsites, and corporate events with meticulous attention to detail
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations, supply inventory, and vendor relationships
- Implement process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
