Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare confidential documents, presentations, and reports using advanced MS Office Suite proficiency
- Coordinate departmental projects including budget tracking and vendor communications
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Implement office procedures and optimize administrative workflows
- Onboard new administrative staff and maintain digital filing systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years executive support experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
