Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling complex meetings and travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and serve as primary liaison between executives and department heads
- Oversee office operations including inventory management, vendor relationships, and budget tracking
- Implement streamlined administrative systems to enhance departmental efficiency
- Act as first point of contact for executive communications and external stakeholder relations
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative team members
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of executive-level administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
