You will manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level travel, and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration. Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling calendar conflicts with precision.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Process expense reports and invoices with strict adherence to company policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering and routing communications effectively.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
