Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling high-stakes meetings and cross-departmental coordination
- Compose and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and expense reports
- Lead confidential document management and secure information handling protocols
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations, procurement, and vendor relationship management
- Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (3+ years)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven experience handling sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Fluency in English/Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Expert knowledge of corporate etiquette and professional communication
