Responsibilities
- Executive calendar management, scheduling high-level meetings across multiple time zones
- Travel coordination and expense report processing for international executives
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, presentations, and reports
- Manage office operations including supply inventory, vendor relations, and facility coordination
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholder communications
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and meeting logistics
- Implement process improvements for administrative workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with travel booking systems and expense management software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
