Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex scheduling, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations using advanced MS Office Suite
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders with polished communication
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relations, and facility maintenance
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and meetings with precise follow-up systems
- Implement digital filing systems and maintain confidential records with 100% compliance
- Analyze operational workflows and propose efficiency improvements to senior leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience in fast-paced corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Professional discretion handling confidential information with utmost integrity
