Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain digital filing systems
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor management, and facility coordination
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and coordinate departmental events
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with calendar management software (e.g., Calendly, Doodle)
- Discretion handling confidential information in compliance with HIPAA/FERPA
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
