Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, including emails, memos, and presentations, ensuring a professional tone.
- Coordinate and organize departmental meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
- Act as the primary liaison between executives and staff, facilitating clear communication channels.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, data analysis, and expense tracking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional administrative experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Proven ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in all professional matters.
