Responsibilities
- Executive calendar management and meeting coordination across multiple time zones
- Travel logistics planning including complex domestic/international arrangements
- Expense report preparation and vendor relationship management
- Board meeting preparation and minute-taking with strict confidentiality
- Database management and CRM data entry with 99% accuracy
- Project coordination for cross-functional initiatives
- Onboarding coordination for new team members
- Office supply inventory management and procurement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive executive information
- Experience managing executive expense reporting and budgets
- CRM software proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification
