Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate international travel, and schedule high-stakes meetings
- Prepare executive correspondence, reports, and confidential documents with flawless attention to detail
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations, supply inventory, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and meeting logistics

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive support experience in corporate environments
