- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and prepare executive correspondence
- Oversee office operations including procurement, vendor management, and facility maintenance
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and financial documentation
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and coordinate team events
- Implement digital filing systems and maintain accurate records compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting executives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and professionalism
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
