Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, cranes, conveyor systems) with precision
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and safety inspections
- Load/unload cargo using provided hydraulic equipment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Document equipment usage and maintenance logs
- Collaborate with cross-cultural team members efficiently
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
Qualifications
- Valid work permit or visa for USA employment
- Minimum 2 years operating industrial machinery
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
