Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing channels to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and prepare candidates for onsite meetings with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent to ensure consistent hiring velocity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job descriptions and employer branding materials.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly updates to the recruitment leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed in a high-performance environment.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team structure.
