Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize various social media platforms and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Post and optimize job listings to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
- Provide exceptional candidate feedback and maintain strong relationships with applicants.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong internet research skills and proficiency with social media platforms.
- Self-motivated individual with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred but not required.
