Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, security, and system performance problems
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in IT service management systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical escalations
- Install and configure software applications and operating systems
- Conduct remote system audits and security vulnerability assessments
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows/macOS operating systems and Microsoft Office 365
