Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems
- Update customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases
- Meet daily performance and quality metrics
- Continuously improve product knowledge
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Available for evening/weekend shifts as needed
