Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop and laptop computers.
- Monitor system performance and respond to service tickets in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with senior staff to implement new IT policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of support incidents and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
