Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure solutions across client sites
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Document IT processes and maintain service level agreements
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor network performance and optimize system efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- CompTIA Security+ or AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license for occasional travel to North Carolina sites
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
