Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure code quality through comprehensive code reviews and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and speed to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in the full SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Node.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
