Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues via remote and onsite support
- Document all ticket resolutions using ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Assist with hardware deployments and asset management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving and customer service aptitude
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment installations
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira)
