Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and troubleshooting common issues.
- Accurately enter and update customer data into our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when representing the company.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- No prior experience in customer service is necessary; we train our own!
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with web browsers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
