Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately input and update customer account information into our CRM database systems.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to troubleshoot product or service issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (20+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must have a reliable smartphone or computer for remote training (if applicable).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
