- Resolve customer issues and questions by identifying the root cause and providing accurate solutions.
- Assist in processing customer orders, returns, and account updates accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high service quality and resolve escalations.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing speed of 35+ WPM and navigating web browsers).
- Reliable transportation to the San Antonio office.
