Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and account troubleshooting.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Complete daily performance metrics and training modules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A reliable computer and high-speed internet connection (for remote training).
