Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers in resolving product or service issues with patience and accuracy.
- Process orders and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
