Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers in resolving product or service issues with patience and empathy.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for internal review.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
