Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist new clients with onboarding processes and account setup.
- Document customer feedback and issues in our CRM system to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex customer problems efficiently.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Learn and demonstrate our proprietary software tools to customers.
- Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we value attitude over experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with web browsers.
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
