Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of new client accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding and setup processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Conduct product training sessions to educate clients on our platform features and best practices.
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account health in our CRM system.
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating when necessary.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss performance metrics and strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software quickly.
- A proactive attitude with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
