Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on delivering a world-class support experience.
- Learn and utilize our internal CRM and ticketing systems to document interactions and track client progress accurately.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to provide feedback on common user challenges.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products to existing clients to maximize account value.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and ensure you are the expert resource for our customers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
