Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Learn and demonstrate deep knowledge of our SaaS platform to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide actionable feedback on user experience and feature requests.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients to ensure they feel welcomed and supported.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account status within our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
