- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and relay it to the product development team to help improve our services.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account status in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
