Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional service to resolve inquiries.
- Learn and utilize our proprietary CRM software to track client progress.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

- Assist in the onboarding process for new team members.
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person.
