Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical and billing issues with precision and empathy
- Document all interactions in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex cases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge workshops
Qualifications
