- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to team performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong desire to learn and grow in a professional environment
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
- Ability to type 25+ WPM and navigate basic software
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Cleveland office
