Responsibilities
- Assist Customers: Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Problem Resolution: Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate information or escalate issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Study product manuals and training materials to provide accurate information to clients.
- Data Entry: Maintain and update customer records in the internal database with high accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily performance goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
