Responsibilities
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist customers with product information, account setup, and troubleshooting steps.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to improve service processes and share best practices.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- A friendly, patient, and empathetic demeanor when interacting with diverse customer populations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
