Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional support.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Build strong rapport with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex customer issues.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
