Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide accurate, timely, and empathetic solutions to customer issues.
- Document all customer interactions and resolve issues within company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the call center floor.
Qualifications
